Appendix 3H – Notification of Cessation of Securities
We advise that 156,500 unquoted STGAB options have ceased, due to lapse of a conditional right to securities as the relevant conditions have not been, and can no longer be, satisfied. No consideration was paid for the cessation. Following this change, we have 64,339,299 STG ordinary shares and 5,799,014 STGAB options on issue.
