ASX has suspended trading in our securities under Listing Rule 17.5 from the commencement of trading on Monday, 1 June 2026, due to non-lodgement of our periodic report by the due date. Refer to the lodged PDF for ASX's formal notice.
Market Update regarding US bank account transaction anomalies investigation
We are providing a further update on our investigation into transaction anomalies at our US subsidiary, Straker Translations Inc. Further investigations have now identified, with a high degree of confidence, misappropriated fund transactions totalling approximately US$3.3 million in FY26 and the first two months of FY27 (an increase of US$0.3 million from previously advised figures), and approximately US$0.7 million across FY23 to FY25. We are assessing, in consultation with our auditor, whether these fraudulent transactions may require restatement of previous financial statements, and we intend to appoint external forensic accountants to further assist the review. Our shares remain suspended from ASX trading pending release of our audited FY2026 Annual Report. Refer to the lodged PDF for the full statement.
Delay in Release of FY2026 Audited Annual Results
We advise that we will not meet the 29 May 2026 deadline to release our audited FY2026 results, due to additional time being required for us and our auditor BDO to assess matters while investigations into the suspected fraud at our US subsidiary, Straker Translations Inc, are continuing. Our FY26 Annual Results investor briefing scheduled for 29 May 2026 has been cancelled and will be rescheduled. We anticipate being placed into a compulsory trading suspension from Monday, 1 June 2026 due to non-lodgement of our Appendix 4E under ASX Listing Rule 4.3B. Refer to the lodged PDF for the full statement.
Reinstatement to Quotation
