We announce that Mr Grant Straker, co-founder of the Company and a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the AI & Technology Committee, has resigned from the Board effective 2 September 2026. Mr Straker remained on the Board through the Company's recent trading suspension and until the resumption of trading before stepping down. He remains a shareholder.
