FY2026 Annual Report
We have lodged our Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 (FY2026). Group revenue was NZ$38.8 million with Adjusted EBITDA of NZ$0.94 million, following a net loss of NZ$15.261 million that included a NZ$6.155 million financial loss from the fraud at our US subsidiary, Straker Translations Inc. Our auditor BDO has issued an unmodified opinion, drawing attention to a material uncertainty related to going concern as set out in Note 2b of the financial statements.
