Appendix 3H – Notification of Cessation of Securities
We have lodged an Appendix 3H notice advising that 142,850 unquoted STGAB options (Option Expiring Various Dates Ex Various Prices) ceased on 30 June 2026 — 46,091 through expiry without exercise or conversion, and 96,759 through lapse of a conditional right where the vesting conditions were not satisfied. Following this cessation, we have 64,339,299 ordinary shares (STG) and 6,494,854 STGAB options on issue. Refer to the lodged PDF for the full statement.
