Board and Committee compositions
We announce changes to our Board and Committee compositions. Non-Executive Director Paul Wilson has retired from the Company after seven years of service and is replaced by James Johnstone, Partner at Bailador Technology Investments Limited (who was previously a Board member prior to our IPO).
