Results of Meeting – AGM 2023
At our 2023 Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 23 August 2023 in Auckland and online, all six resolutions put to shareholders were passed by poll: authorising directors to fix the auditor's remuneration (99.86% in favour), appointing James Johnstone as Director (99.93%), re-electing Amanda Cribb as Director (99.91%), approving additional 10% placement capacity (99.18%), approving the issue of options to Director Grant Straker (80.58%), and approving the issue of options to a related party of a Director, Merryn Straker (80.51%).
